However, I am happy to report that LSU beat Georgia (which makes both my brothers happy), and the Saints beat the Jets, which makes most of the country (including me) happy. Geaux Saints!
I'm still feeling a bit under the weather. Stuffy, thick-headed. At least I was spared Esteemed Spouse's killer sinus headache, which he suffered with all day yesterday. He's got a super long day today, and he slept badly last night, so I feel great pity for the poor man. Perhaps I should mention that he took a deep, long nap on the sofa yesterday, which is probably why he had so much trouble going to sleep last night.
I need to head up to BR early today to get some work done since I did virtually no work this weekend. Well, I did wash our bedsheets, which was nice, until we discovered a hole in the bottom fitted sheet. Spouse and I are each blaming the other, but Spouse admits it's probably his toenails that are the culprit. It's supposed to be rainy this week and the rain will turn to slushy snow by the weekend. NOOOO!!! I'm not ready yet. Give me another month, please.
