schedules

The departmental manager sent around forms for us to fill out for our preferred schedules for next Fall and Spring 2011. Geez. I can't even decide what to eat for breakfast these days. I put down the usual classes, unable to summon the energy to look up other classes I'd like to teach.

I'm supposedly scheduled to teach an Intro to Women's Studies in the spring (2010), as well as Advanced Comp for Pharmacy majors. Lots of new preps for spring, apparently. I'm already behind on grading for this semester. No surprise. And this morning I'm thick-headed with sinus pain. Esteemed Spouse emailed that he was having sinus issues, too.

Saw on Facebook that my friend Mike's car blew up/died the other day. I'm glad Mike is an excellent driver and was able to get the car to the side of the ultra-busy highway. Of course, he's such a gentleman that he probably wasn't saying all the curse words that I would have been saying! Wink, wink.

Esteemed Spouse is talking about giving his Toyota to Older Son and getting a new one. More car payments. Oh, well. We never expect to live long enough to get out of debt anyway.

Gotta go do my teaching thing.
