Introducing the newest automotive member of the household: RUBY!
It's snowing again this morning. Looks like lake effect from the radar. Whoopee. Parts of the Grand Rapids area got 15 inches yesterday. We think we got about 8 inches here.
Esteemed Spouse and I went over to the grocery store in the new vehicle. It was nice to be so high off the ground and to have the security of four-wheel drive. The interior isn't super-fancy (no leather seats or seat warmers, like in Bonnie Blue), but there was a good sense of control and acceleration, or so reports the spouse. I haven't climbed all over it yet (it's too cold to be outside that long!), but I can see that it takes up less room in the garage than my Avalon does. It's high, not wide.
So now we are patriotically red (Ruby), white (Pearl), and blue (Bonnie). Our plans at present are to endow Stephen with Pearl in hopes we can persuade him to take the bar exam one more time. Hope springs eternal?
