Simon is home and happy to be here. He's enjoyed a lion's share of petting since getting home. Poor thing has a small shaved patch on his right front leg (IV?) and a big shaved patch on the back of his neck. A soft cloth neckerchief is around it, and he keeps scratching at it, but so far, all seems well. He goes back Wednesday to get a check-up.
I had Writer's Group this morning. Everyone seemed to get into my story, and we had a good time talking about it.
Then I had lunch with a former student. It was good to see her and catch up with her.
There's supposed to be heavy snow on Monday. That's the one day I had planned to drive to Big Rapids to spend the day and have conferences. That's also the day I'd planned to sign the lease on the studio apartment. It will nevertheless be a really messy horrible day for driving.
