For those readers (all two of you) who noticed that my usual meticulous paragraphing was missing in the last post, I can only say that it was not my fault. Three times I tried to add the paragraph breaks back to the post. All failed. As I surmised in the P.S., perhaps I have offended the Blog Gods. One never knows. It's quite probable that I failed to make an appropriate sacrifice, or that my confessions aren't confessing the right stuff. Who knows. At any rate, I wish to let the Blog Gods know that I honestly do honor them and hope that I may be forgiven. Don't take away my ability to paragraph. I've lost so much else--not that, too!
Today the Saturday newspaper arrived on my porch, along with the paper appropriate for today. Why? Why would I want the Saturday newspaper now?
The world is too much with me. I forget who wrote that first. It doesn't matter. Dr. S.
