I'm quite disappointed in the new American Idol. They need to change the name of the show to American Ordinary. Earlier in the season, I could never remember Kris Allen. Every time I saw him, I was surprised he was still on the show. He's just so damned ordinary! Nothing about him seemed special. No song he ever sang stayed in my mind. Adam Lambert, on the other hand, blew me away. I'd catch myself singing or humming his songs because he made such an impression. I predict that Kris Allen will have very little future success and that Adam Lambert will be the next King of Broadway.
Danny Gokey would have been much better than Kris, but Adam would have been the right choice.
