Last day of physical therapy

Barring any unforeseen circumstance (permit me the cliche), I am done with physical therapy. Both my PT John and his assistant hugged me good-bye. Now, unless Dr. Bielema screws it up when I see him tomorrow morning, the rest of my getting well is up to me, and me alone. That's going to be the hard part. When I'm tired, it's simply so easy to say, "I'll do double tomorrow." And of course, I don't. So if I want to use it, then I've got to work it, or else I'll be a one-armed woman again.

I've got another dental appointment this afternoon for a little filling to be done. Then I'll take a nice nap. That's what Spring Break is for, after all. I do need to work on my conference paper, but since my dear spouse is teaching tonight, I'll probably work on it this evening.

I also need to call my sister to let her know when we'll be there. We've planned to arrive in Monroe on Thursday, noonish, and then go to see Carolyn on Friday. Doug and I plan to visit Sally on Saturday. Then we'll fly home Sunday.

Bliss. Spring Break AND the end of physical therapy. Life is good.
