Sigh. All gone. Spring Break is over, we're home (exhausted and broke, but satisfied), and school starts again tomorrow. I have much to say, but I'm just too tired to stay on line for very long. "Jet lag" is such a mild term for what is actually "jet agony" that I'm renaming it "jet lagony" for lack of a better word. No sleep for 24 hours does not a happy camper make. In coming days, I hope to write about a number of things: being a stranger/foreigner in an American state; the behavior of people from islands (Hawaii, Japan, England, Australia); women and shoes; sand; food; weather; lava; sexism; water and oceans and other bodies; plants; faces; earthquakes that people don't feel; crazy people on airplanes.... I hope I'll remember everything.
